LANGLEY – South Whidbey avoided a pin and got the win against Archbishop Murphy, 36-33.

The victory was the Falcons’ second against Cascade Conference opponents this season, and the final league dual meet before sub-regionals at Cedarcrest High School in Duvall on Saturday. The Wildcats finished their conference season without a win.

Each conference school can submit two entries per weight class at the double elimination tournament. It begins at 10 a.m. Admission costs $6 for adults and students without an ASB card, and $4 for students with an ASB card, children and senior citizens.

The bracket will be established after weigh-in Saturday morning.
