Whidbey Crabs split Pony weekend tournament

The Whidbey Crabs won their first game against the Mountlake Terrace Youth Athletic Association Jayhawks and its final game against Kirkland Lux. Whidbey lost to the Bothell All-Stars and Maltby.

The Crabs rallied to win the finale in the seventh inning, 9-7. Trailing 7-2 in the sixth inning, Whidbey rattled off seven runs, including a three-run homer by Will Simms for the go-ahead scores.
